Job Description:
- Experience with SAP PS Module
- Familiarity with SAP EPPM modules lie project management, resource management, CPM, project financial planning, risk management etc.
- Minimum 5 years of AMS support experience of which 1 of them should be on SAP S4HANA
- Experience of SAP greenfield implementation shall be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Project Systems (PS) module based on business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze detailed requirements, and map them to SAP PS processes.
- Provide AMS support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure SAP PS module stability, especially within S/4HANA environments.
- Integrate SAP PS with related modules like FI, CO, MM, SD, and EPPM for end-to-end project lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration, user manuals, training guides, and reports.
Must Have
- Proficiency in SAP PS configuration, customization, and support processes.
- In-depth understanding of project management concepts and SAP integration with other core modules (FI, CO, MM, SD).
- Minimum 5 years AMS support experience, including at least 1 year on SAP S/4HANA.
- Requirement gathering, business process mapping, and fit-gap analysis capabilities.
- Strong troubleshooting, user training, and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with SAP EPPM modules (Project Management, Resource Management, CPM, Financial Planning, Risk Management).
- Experience in SAP greenfield implementation projects.
- Ability to write functional and technical specifications for new developments and enhancements.
- Familiarity with data migration, system upgrades, and process optimization within SAP PS.
